All activities will be scheduled on a master schedule, maintained by the church office. However, any event that has no deposit paid will be considered to be tentative only and will lose its reservation, if, after attempt at notification, the deposit is not forthcoming.
Reservation forms should be filled out and returned to the church office. A damage deposit of $100 (returnable after use) and one/half of total costs must be made to hold the reservation. Any group using the building will be held responsible for any damage or disorder.

Seats about 180.
There is the possibility of some additional seating in our balcony area, and in the carpeted lobby area.
$150 for groups of over 50.
$50 for Small groups of under 50.

This large, handicap accessible room, allows for meals, receptions and parties seating up to 180. This room is directly accessible from the parking lot. Available are a variety of oblong tables and round tables, with blue-grey padded, metal folding chairs.
We also have a basketball hoop (free-standing) for some sports events.
Large group: Four hours, $225, each additional hour, $25
Small group of less than 40, cost is $75 for four hours, each additional hour, $15 (does not include set up and take down time)

Our industrial kitchen provides adequate work space with stove, oven, refrigerators, and a dishwasher. This is included in community room rental. Please note and follow instructions posted in kitchen.
Small fellowship hall
This area seats about 80, with warm up kitchen attached. We recommend it for small groups and parties.
Rectangular tables and folding chairs are available. It is close to our nursery, however it is down eight steps.
Rental cost is $50.

Our sanctuary is beautiful for a moderate sized wedding. The community room can hold a small reception. But we do not have facilities for dancing.

Special instructions for wedding parties:
We recommend that you name a wedding manager to organize all the details of your wedding. This person should be present at rehearsal and service, and NOT a member of the wedding party. Duties include seeing that candles are lit, making sure participants are in place in a timely fashion, running errands, etc. It makes for a more relaxing wedding experience.
Please throw bird seed or blow bubbles as the wedding party exits the building.
Place plastic runners under all candles, and please snuff them, rather than blowing them out.
A wedding ceremony is a worship experience. We allow discreet video taping. Photography should not intrude on the ceremony, and we especially ask that no flash photos be taken during the ceremony.
Fees for our pianist are $45 and should be paid the night of the rehearsal. They should be paid directly to the pianist, unless directed otherwise. There is additional cost, if the pianist must spend time learning new music.
Music should be appropriate.
If a wedding is to be conducted by someone other than our pastor, he or she must be approved by our pastor and the pastor will meet with them to tour the building.
Our pastor will be glad to perform your wedding. The charge is $125. This includes pre-marital counseling sessions to help build a foundation for lasting marriage. We also offer a curriculum and a workbook for engaged couples.
Please inform the pastor if the pastor’s presence is desired at the rehearsal dinner or reception.

The custodian will unlock the building at the contracted arrival time, and will be available at arrival to answer questions and concerns. Specific arrangements for closing should be made at that time. Under no circumstances is the building to be left unlocked and unoccupied.
Persons using the facilities are responsible for arranging equipment, tables and chairs for their use, and returning them to their original location. If preferred, the custodian will do this for additional fees, dependent on time needed.
The building is to be vacated in a reasonable time.
Please guard our paint when putting up decorations!
Please stay in the areas which you have reserved.
Damage costs will be assessed before your deposit fee is returned.
Depending on size of rental group and time needed for clean up, the fees will range from $25 on up. They should be included in the original deposit fees.
Rules of conduct
1) Smoking is not allowed in the church building.
2) No alcoholic beverages in the building or on church property.
3) No food or drink on carpeted areas. This includes the sanctuary.
4) Parents are to be responsible for their children.
5) Please use and enter only the areas of the building which you have reserved.
